ダークイングリッシュモルトの層が深みのあるローストチョコレートのキャラクターを醸し出し、ダークチェリーピューレを適度に加えることで、フルーティーな酸味とのバランスを保っている。他の坂道ビールと同様、アルコール度数は高いが飲みやすさを優先している。

この名前はイギリスでよく使われるユーモラスなフレーズに由来する。他の人たちが休んでいるにもかかわらず、私たちが働き続けなければならないときに使われます。

Layers of dark English malt give a deep and roasty chocolate character, while a judicious addition of dark cherry puree keeps things balanced with a hint of fruity tartness. As with all Sakamichi beers we prioritise drinkability, despite the high alcohol content.

The name comes from a humorous phrase often used in the UK. It is used when we have to keep working even though others are resting.
